Dock Street’s Unfiltered and Unpasteurized Beers on Tap Updated 4/29/13 Rye IPA ABV 6.8%, 64 IBU’s An aggressively hopped American style Pale Ale. Brewed with Amarillo and Simcoe hops. 20% rye grain gives beautiful color and dry, spicy character. OP Yum ABV 5.5% Brewed in collaboration with Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia. OP Yum was brewed with wheat, oats and pomegrante; a melodic trio for a refreshingly tart session brew with interesting complexity and soft, creamy mouth feel. Pomegranate creates a slightly rosy appearance with a subtle sour and drinking finish. Royal Bohemian Pilsner ABV 5% Brewed in the style of the original pilsner beers of Bohemia in a tradition that dates back to 1842. Pale malts and a generous amount of Bohemian Saaz hops produce a golden color, soft and nutty flavor and floral hop bouquet. ABT 8 ABV 7.6% This abbey style dubbel is smooth and inviting. This brew is balanced heavily toward malt, lending rich caramel and dark fruit notes. The addition of dark Belgian candy syrup adds a rummy, fig like character, further enhancing the depth of this wonderful libation. Spicy, fruity, and subtly warming on the way down. Teuton Porter ABV 4.8% Porter-Lager hybrid. Staying true to their roots, the first German immigrants in Philadelphia produced only lagers. They were soon swayed by Philadelphia’s strong desire for porters and began to brew this style with lager yeast. We brewed this beer with those first beer loving immigrants in mind. Dark brown in color, yet crisp and smooth with notes of chocolate and coffee. Summer Session ABV 9% American style wheat spiced with lemon grass and a hefty dose of fresh ginger. Floral up front with a punch of ginger and nuances of fresh lemon zest followed by a dry thirst quenching acidity in the finish.
