Keg Orders and Returns Policies 

This is a policy form for kegged beer sales. Requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. A minimum of 24-hour notice is required. 

After you have placed your order, you may call back after 24-hour notice to check that it is ready for pickup. 

● We require a valid credit card number, driver’s license number and $100 cash or CC deposit for each keg as well as $50 cash or CC deposit for each tap.  In order to receive the CC refund, please bring in the CC used for the deposit. 

● Kegs NOT returned within 4 weeks will forfeit their deposit and the CC on file will be charged an additional $90 per keg.  

● Kegs with Taps: Both are due back within 4 weeks week for deposit refund. Kegs and taps NOT returned within 28 days will forfeit their deposit and the CC on file will be charged an additional $90 per keg.  

● If you need more time with your keg, please email us to request a new return date, subject to management approval, at info@dockstreetbeer.com.

● Kegs are available for pickup during normal business hours.

● You must return kegs and pick up your deposit during normal business hours. Please check our hours online. This goes without saying, but please do not leave kegs outside of our business, or with neighboring businesses if we are not opened. Please hand the keg (or ask for help moving them from your car) from a Dock Street staffer, and sign the keg return form so we can issue your refund. Failure to doing so may result in theft, vandalism, and ultimately forfeiture of your deposit, and refunds will only be given for in-person returns.
