For better or worse, we’ve all got some extra time on our hands right now as we (wisely) socially distance and work from home. Keep yourself entertained, active, and cooking with a DIY Pizza Kit, available at BOTH Dock Street West + Dock Street South. Each kit includes two small pizza doughs for a 10” pizza (because even though sharing is caring, now is quite literally the right time for individual pizzas), sauce and cheese.
DIY PIZZA KIT - Cheese: Two 10” pizza doughs, tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella $15
DIY PIZZA KIT - Pepperoni: Two 10” pizza doughs, tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella, and sliced pepperoni $17
DIY PIZZA KIT - Vegan: Two 10” pizza doughs, tomato sauce, vegan cheese (Violife), caramelize onions, mushrooms $17
Bake at 425 degrees for 12-18 minutes, checking to make sure the center is fully cooked.
Add to the pizza with your own toppings from home - we love olives, arugula, goat cheese, pesto, bell peppers - anything you have in your fridge could work.
