DOCK STREET SOUTH RESERVATION POLICY:
No reservations needed; first come, first seated in our dining room or outdoor seating area (weather permitting), or grab a seat at the bar for full service, a full menu, and a front-row seat by the wood-burning pizza oven and window overlooking the brewery at both locations.
Still want to make a reservation? We only accept reservations for groups of 12+ people; all other parties are first come, first served.
Please note that depending on the day/date, private events, and other goings-on, we may not be able to accept every request.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
We require a deposit for your reservation. We require a non-refundable deposit that goes towards your total bill. If something should happen we do give your deposit back in the form of a gift card or to change your reservation date and time.
Let us know if you’re running late. We will hold your table for 15 minutes after your reservation time before assuming you stood us up, after which we’ll offer the space to other guests. Your party will be considered a no-show, and we will charge your card $10/person. If you give us a heads up that you’re behind, we may be better able accommodate you and may be able to avoid charging your card.
We have a small, open kitchen and everything is made fresh to order in front of your eyes, so as you can imagine, sudden large orders can really give our chefs an unintended stress test. In order to streamline, depending on the group size and day/date, we may ask for a pre-order for food, and will provide a suggested sample menu (based on your party size and any special requests) to give you an idea of quantity, cost, etc. You can make changes, swaps, etc when you're here, but it really helps our kitchen prep in advance and make sure all your food comes out at the same time.
Your table is reserved for up to three hours. After that, we welcome you to stick around, but most kindly request that you head over to either of our two bar areas to continue the fun.
Unless you’re lucky enough to have that one friend whose favorite words are “It’s all on me, guys”, we understand that you may be sharing the tab. We certainly accommodate splitting the bill, but can only accept up to six credit cards per party.
A gratuity of 20% will be added automatically at the end of your meal.
We offer several dessert options, but you’re welcome to bring your own cake if you’d prefer. A plating fee of $3/slice will be added.
