Food specials by chef Ernesto Ventura, including a flight of ceviche in three different styles (not saying it's a BTS contest between 2 chefs and 1 DS family member in the kitchen to see who's ceviche recipe everyone likes more, but...it could be.) We'll also have some classics like guac, nachos, and an awesome quesadilla that will forever change the quesadilla game for you, just saying.
