We’re getting SO close to opening our newest location at 2118 Washington Avenue in Point Breeze! We’ve heard from lots of our new neighbors who are excited for the opening, and we cannot wait to meet everyone this summer when we officially open! In the meantime, we’re in the process of assembling another great team to make sure Dock Street Brewery South hits the ground running (like a well-oiled machine). We’re looking for every position, including chefs, managers, baristas, bartenders, prep cooks and more. Founded in 1985 Dock Street is the OG brewery in Philadelphia. We have continued to innovate and play a role in the craft beer landscape in an ever-changing market through our flagship beers, experimental brews, and passion for delivering excellence. To continue with our development we are getting ready to open our new location at 22nd and Washington, while continuing operations at our West Philly Brewpub and Cannery.  

Our name, Dock Street, was chosen in honor of the seaport district which was, in the late 1700's, the largest producer of beer in the then-newly-formed country. Today, we still brew with the spirit of Philadelphia's sudsy history, and Dock St. in mind.
